A team of police
officers from garden police yesterday
arrested Daniel Lyapa A.K.A K-Star, together
with his friends for loitering (Shishita).
It is believed that lyapa
was having a drinking binge with friends
at a local pub and grill known as the 'Don,' before a team of police officers
rounded them up before midnight yesterday.
Our sources at Garden
police have disclosed that Mr. Lypa wanted to escape upon seeing the officers ,
but couldn't overcome their swift action .
"Uja wamene ama
chita ma video ati tilowa mufana anafuna kutaba bati tinamugwila (The one who
does 'Tilowa videos' wanted to escape but we managed to arrest him.' one of the
police officers on duty explained.
The comedian was released this morning after his partner Kapembwa Wanjelani paid a
simple fine amounting K52.
Clearly , police officers were lucky as the comedian
didn't 'Lowa' his way out of the jail sect .
