The matter in which HH and 5 others are charged with treason has been adjourned to Wednesday 16th august 2017 at 09 hrs ..
The opposition party caders and officials walked out of the court room with gloomy faces after raising there hopes high with rumors that their Leader would be acquitted today.
HH and 5 others have pleaded not guilty to the treason charge they have been slapped with.
After the plea, Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) applied for an adjournment to Wednesday and both defense and prosecution team agreed.
High court Judge Charles Chanda has since adjourned the matter to Wednesday the 16th 2017 at 9 hrs
